In this role, you will play a key part in bridging the gap between our managers across the College and the Information Services Team, ensuring their needs are understood and translated effectively. Key Responsibilities Helping stakeholders understand their data, enabling for effective data-driven decisions Lead the technical team's presence across the College, ensuring robust support and service delivery. Proactively engage with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic action plans. Uphold high standards of social work practice. Ensure quality childcare and house management. Implement safer recruitment protocols. Stay updated on legislation, guidance, and research. What are the minimum requirements as a Residential Manager? Social work qualification and registration with Social Work England Minimum 3 years post qualifying experience 2 years in a supervisory role and management of staff Must have worked in a children social work-related role and/or social care (in an assessment team, or looked after Children's team) Sound knowledge of safeguarding, assessment practices and risk management Confident In your knowledge of childcare law, government guidance and current social work research Hold excellent report writing skills and able to manage your own workload Experienced in overseeing quality assistance, and ensuring a robust assessment procedure is in place Ideally hold a Level 5 diploma in Leadership and Management, or be willing to work towards this Experience of PAM'S (Parenting Assessment Manual) or Parent Asses approach for assessing parents Ideally experienced with Ofsted inspections and relevant frameworks How do I apply for this Registered Manager vacancy?
