Position:Finance Manager - Part-time,Permanent Daysofwork:Wednesdays Hoursofwork:09:30 to 18.00 Location: Egham Our client is looking for someone who can maintain the Finance framework, manage adherence enhancement to the Finance policy, procedures, and processes. You will be able to ensure accurate records are kept of all financial controls and have strong double entry bookkeeping experience. You will manage document filing and all aspects of financial records to comply with HMRC guidance and be responsible for Month End process to provide accurate accounts for monthly Management Accounts as well as Year End process to ensure all financial data is captured, reconciled, and recorded ahead of accountant sign off. You will also have Payroll and Pension control experience and UK VAT Returns and be able to assist cashflow forecasting and budgets. You will be able to train/mentor finance colleagues and support non- finance colleagues. You will adhere to and support ISO9001 (Quality) ISO27001 (Information Security) standards. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational, time-management and attention to detail, strong Financial, IT, administrative, research & management reporting skills and a good knowledge ofMicrosoftOfficeSuite(Word,PowerPoint,Excel,Outlook)andother commonly used office packages (Pipedrive & QuickBooks). You will be flexible and adaptable to changing workloads and collaborative to working and have the confidence to lead and motivate others . Strong interpersonal oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse at senior level are essential as is the ability to negotiate. You will be able to build relationships and have project management skills.
