Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee their children's home, catering to Children and Young People with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Challenging Behaviours, LD, Mental Health, Complex Care requirements, subject to the service users in the home.
Reporting to a supportive Regional Manager, the successful candidate will lead a core team of senior & support staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to the residents.
