An influential, leading UK fire assessment company are now seeking a confident and experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join them in becoming a Fire Risk Assessor Trainer. The Fire Risk Assessor Trainer Role As the fire risk assessor trainee, you will be required to deliver concise and high-quality fire safety training both in person and online to a variety of customers. Training will be conducted both at the Head office in the Cotsworlds and at client venues. (nationally) Key Responsibilities / Fire Risk Assessor Trainer Prepare and deliver training assignments with due care, skill and diligence and in accordance with current best practice Act as tutor for a specific group of learners across FPA courses Assess and Mark learners assessment activities, providing SMART objectives in an agreed timeframe Assist with the dissemination of new/updated information regarding training and contribute to the mentoring of other trainers Complete the preparation and administrative activities as laid out in the trainer handbook, SOPs and policies Assist with the supply of technical information and act as a critical friend to consultative groups Where necessary, liaise with the Client directly to deliver SLA's and ensure the content delivered is as requested/appropriate Design, create and maintain CPD and qualification courses as required by Industry Be responsible for own professional development and participate in CPD activities Support learners journeys Be part of the IQA teams to support with the process of internal quality assurance Essential / Preferred Qualifications and Skills for the Fire Risk Assessor Trainer IFE, IFSM Qualified Fire Risk Assessor or working towards qualification Minimum 5 years experience Previous experience in a training position PTTLS or Level 3 qualification or relevant experience Level 4 diploma or equivalent experience In Return...
