Our client is a leading distributor of Timber, Plywood and Panel Products and due to internal promotion, they are seeking a Regional sales manager to develop their sales of timber and panel products in the North West through existing and new customers.
Reporting to: Regional Director
This role requires an experienced sales professional who has comprehensive knowledge of the Timber / Panel UK Markets This position is for an experienced individual who can build relationships from site to Director Level
Due to planned growth my client is looking to strengthen its sales force with the key appointment of an individual to cover West Midlands, Warwickshire, Birmingham, Staffordshire, Worcestershire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, Lincolnshire and Peterborough postcodes.
You will be responsible for the development of sales of floorcovering products to sub and main contractors within the defined geographical area.
You will be required to form a close working relationship with your key customers at all levels, this coupled with working closely with your distribution base to manage the supply chain for ongoing projects.
Job Purpose: As a Sales executive, you will be responsible for will be supporting sales managers on sourcing, pitching, and consulting with companies who will exhibit at our exhibitions.
The job will be phone based from the Coventry office, there will be travel involved with the role to competitor exhibitions both domestically and international.
Key Responsibilities
Consistently achieve set KPI's by the Sales Manager, including call rates and diary entries.
