In this role you will support clients with their holiday needs through various means such as face to face, social media, online and over the phone.
Principle Purpose of Role: To support the Field Sales Team by providing superior customer support, generating sales leads and secure new business through outbound phone calls and dealing effectively with inbound customer enquiries.
You will be engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and effectively promoting products or services to meet those needs.
This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanour, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.
Delivering positive and effective maintenance of existing Broker relationships to add value and achieve targets.

The purpose of the role is to establish effective relationships and business plans with Brokers to develop sufficient business to meet individual and franchise objectives.
To support the development of new Broker relationships to extend the footprint of the franchise and the commercial success of the business.
