The role will start from an already live site with the groundwork's, structures and fit out across the scheme well advanced and now need the final push to handover later this year on the steel famed buildings and associated car parks and office space.

We are currently looking for a Sub-Agent position who has experience of managing surveys and delivery works within possessions and in and around the railway environment
As Sub Agent you will be required to
Lead the site team supervision, including subcontractors.
Role involves managing an extensive programme of surveys and for bridge schemes and supporting the planning and refurbishment and replacement of bridge structures.
The opportunity is for at least a twelve-month contract with a possible extension.
