Their primary responsibilities include credit control, payroll management, legal compliance, IR35 adherence, insurance renewals, commercial operations, efficiency maximisation, and performance management. A crucial aspect of the role is maintaining operational efficiency in the absence of the Client Services Director. Role: Area Sales Manager Contract: Permanent, Full time Salary: £44,160 plus commission Location: Northern Territory (all dealers north of Wolverhampton) We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-driven individual, with experience in a sales environment and able to work towards targets, whilst also having knowledge of Marine products and industry understanding. This newly created role will require you to: Undertake Dealer & Boat Builder visits Manage Dealer retail sales to support company wholesale and market targets Networking and reviewing any open opportunities Attending regular in-person sales meetings Ensure our Clients brand is represented correctly throughout their business partnerships Attend key shows, events and dealer exhibitions You will be a part of a team of six, visiting, supporting, and motivating our current business partners to enhance our place in the marine markets, whilst also seeking out new sales opportunities within the territory. This role will suit someone who has the energy and commitment to meet challenging targets, whilst building relationships internally as well as externally. You will be effective and efficient with your travel planning as this will be essential to ensure consistency with business partner visits, as well as representing our Clients brand correctly, and making sure that the customer journey is being delivered to the highest of standards. Key Responsibilities: Visit multiple Marine Dealers each day - planning and coordinating routes effectively to minimise travelling Create excellent rapport with Dealers, discussing their requirements, and promoting new products to gain additional sales and campaigns Seek out new opportunities with Boat Builders to grow the Marine business and create new partnerships Review dealer target achievements, aiding in the support of company wholesale and market share budget objectives Create weekly reports on our Client and the Marine market - following up on report outcomes with the necessary actions Actively networking to identify open points and opportunities for our Clients Marine business, further expanding our Clients market and closing any open points Present all networking findings in area vision meetings Attend regular sales meetings at our Clients Head office to review Marine business strategies for achieving targets
