Huntswood is looking for a Team Leader ideally with utilities experience to join a 2 month contract on a part time basis, with a water company. If you have managed a team of complaints ideally within utilities, then we want to hear from you. Managing a team of Complaint Handlers who are dealing with customer complaints you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the team as well as conducting quality assurance check. This is a full-time office role based in our central Glasgow hub. Key Responsibilities Review and manage sections of daily and monthly liquidity reporting for the firm. Oversee workload management and provide professional support to team members. Prior experience in a management role, with responsibilities for delegating tasks and providing developmental feedback. Experience within the financial services industry or a finance department is preferred.
