Our client, a national financial planning firm, are looking for a Regional Manager based in the South to manage a team of 10 Financial Planners. Key Responsibilities: Achieving team revenue targets set by the Director Achieve new business targets set by the Director Lead business development campaigns from concept to design through to delivery, with assistance and support from Business Development Team Ensure the team proactively work with the wider group and identify opportunities to cross refer clients Lead a team of Financial Planners ensuring their continued compliance with KPIs and wider performance measures and manage their performance in line with our internal procedures. Ensure the team focus on delivering an excellent service to all clients, regularly seeking feedback to determine areas that can improve Building effective internal relationships to ensure the smooth flow of client work through the advice process Maintain effectiveness in varying environments and with different tasks, responsibilities, and people including supporting other Group department with key projects, sometimes leading their progress and deployment. Analyse data from various sources and identify the root cause of an outcome i.e., complaints, compliance, KPIs, performance data etc. Coach and develop team to ensure they perform at a high level and strive for excellence Complete T&C supervisor responsibilities for team Experience Required: Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum CAS holder Experience in managing a team of Financial Planners
