Property Litigation Solicitor Solicitor We are offering an opportunity for a Solicitor of at least 1 years PQE to join our leading team of property litigation lawyers. In this role, you can expect complex and high value work on behalf of household name national and international clients. The Team Our Firm has a strong team of dispute resolution lawyers work on a diverse range of complex challenges facing their clients. We focus on outcomes, not just process. The Real Estate Disputes Team are known for their pragmatic approach and ability to offer alternative real estate dispute resolution methods and solutions to clients. We collaborate with other dispute resolution and non-contentious real estate specialists within the firm, to provide the highest quality advice on real estate disputes for our clients. You'll provide advice to clients on risk/asset management at a pre-action stage as well as advising on the full spectrum of commercial and complex residential property related disputes, including mediations, arbitrations and contested litigation. We provide real estate disputes advice to commercial property institutions, banks, investment companies and high net worth individuals. You will also be exposed to a wide variety of work and clients, with all members of the team having the opportunity to work across the full breadth of sectors and legal specialisms within real estate disputes. This firm's Real Estate Disputes team, ranked among the top tier, represents a diverse clientele, including commercial businesses, institutions, landed estates, and individuals, in a wide array of real estate and property disputes. With over 20 dedicated Lawyers spread across 13 offices, the Bristol team boasts exceptional expertise, particularly in cases involving the Electronic Communications Code, alongside a robust retail, development, and public sector practice. The team offers counsel to Public Bodies, corporate occupiers, investors/landlords, and developers on various property issues, encompassing telecoms, break clause disputes, rights of light, breach of covenant claims, and more. Additionally, they provide advice on utilities claims, statutory and compulsory purchase powers, and public law matters. The Role: Based in their newly relocated Bristol office, you'll ideally have 1 PQE. You'll collaborate on complex matters and handle your own cases. Experience in the Telecommunications sector or knowledge of the Electronic Communications Code is desirable but not essential. Responsibilities: Provide exemplary client service and maintain high standards. Manage client matters efficiently, adhering to firm standards and SRA Code of Conduct. Ensure competent financial management, including time recording, billing, and achieving targets. Contribute to business development initiatives to retain and expand client base. Maintain up-to-date technical expertise. Take accountability for personal development and continuous improvement. Carry out additional tasks as required. Skills and Qualifications: Relevant previous experience with appropriate PQE. Strong commercial acumen. Track record of competent financial management and case management. Proficiency in IT, including case management systems and Microsoft packages. Self-starting with excellent interpersonal skills.
