What you'll do on a typical day: To maintain productivity and performance levels as set and agreed with the Manager To assist management in directing staff to ensure efficient completion of the daily workload Be responsible for the performance of the team and ensuring that targets are met, and deadlines are hit. Make sure colleagues are clear as to their targets and expectations To be vigilant at all times and highlight any problems to the FLM To ensure GXO operational, health and safety procedures and policies are adhered to at all times What you need to succeed at GXO: Knowledge of WMS along with good knowledge of spreadsheet and Word programs Interpersonal skills that respond in a positive manner to the requests of the customer, your team, colleagues, and management The ability to bring attention to detail to the role that ensures that a high level of accuracy is achieved Self -motivated with the ability to prioritise workloads with the ability to work under own initiative Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
