Job Description
To manage the Organisation HR office operationally on a day to day basis and provide delivery and support of high quality, comprehensive HR advisory services to the organisation and the other national units within a framework of best practice, force policy and employment law.
To also deputise for the Senior Manager HR and ensure the organisation HR Advisory staff have the appropriate skill and knowledge to provide appropriate support to managers and staff and translate strategy into action.
A large organisation based in Hampshire are looking for a Head of Learning & Development to join their HR team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the CPO and following strong organic growth our client is looking to strength their people offering with a new Head of Learning and Development, initial focus will be the UK with international scope.
