You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and matching candidates to suitable job opportunities while providing exceptional service to both clients and candidates. Duties: Identify potential candidates through various sources such as job boards, social media, and networking events. Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and fit for specific roles. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients. Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process. Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Person Specification: Previous experience in the property industry is preferred but not essential. Previous sales background is ideal. Highly motivated to achieve and succeed targets.
