This role is extremely rewarding with uncapped commission with up to 30% per deal!
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing high-caliber candidates in key positions across different markets.
Leveraging your expertise and network, you will lead the full recruitment cycle, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring exceptional service delivery and fostering long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates in designated markets.
Base salary: £27K Uncapped commission up to 60% (£50K OTE Year 1, £70K year 2, £100K year 3)
They target senior to C-Suite level candidates for roles across Finance, Change and Transformation, Corporate Development, Data and Analytics and Private Capital across the UK and Europe.
