Due to the expansion of our Workforce Planning (WFP) department, we are looking for highly motivated individuals with scheduling experience to join our team.
You will be key to helping the WFP department meet the demands of an ever changing contact centre.
As a scheduler you will be responsible for the creation of schedules, including shifts and activities, and making sure available supply meets forecasted demand.
As an experienced Coordinator, you will be joining our facilities engineering team, working individually and alongside the various facilities team members and wider business departments.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Coordinator acting as the first contact point in the provision of administrative support for the facilities engineering department.
The post holder will provide support across the department to ensure all administrational tasks are completed to a high standard and in line with the departmental goals and objectives.
This position is on a full time basis and will require a flexible approach to working hours with a rolling rota of any five days from seven, including bank holidays.
You will effectively assist the UK and Overseas facilities teams by managing the CAFM and Helpdesk software and various administrative duties required by the department.
As a Facilities Helpdesk Coordinator you will use and maintain the CAFM system and allocate work to the relevant teams as well as support with general administrative tasks.
