One of Plymouth's modern and ambitious employers is looking to hire an HR Officer / Manager to oversee and run their HR function, for circa 80 employees.
The role will naturally include managing all the typical HR processes and practices, including recruiting for the firm, training and onboarding of new staff, benefits and retention, as well as managing holiday, sickness and maternity / paternity.
The role is a strategic and pivotal role in the business and this person will have influence and input into the day-today HR issues within the firm.

You will already have exnteisive administrative experience, ideally within HR/Recruitment, and you will be able to start quickly to join the team for the next few months as they recruit in to this role permanently.
