Salary to £55,000 Hybrid Working (2 days remote working) 9.30am to 5.30pm This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Advisor with previous experience gained from a law firm environment. Previous experience gained from an agency background will also be considered. Recruitment Advisor Key Responsibilities: Manage recruitment activity, both fee-earner and business services. Draft job descriptions for new approved vacancies. Conduct initial CV screening of candidates. Conduct interviews, where appropriate. Liaise closely with Partners and Managers to understand their recruitment needs. Work closely with the HR and Recruitment Administrators in the arrangement of interviews. Assist the Head of Recruitment with lateral partner hiring where required. Recruitment Advisor Requirements: Previous legal recruitment experience is essential. Previous experience gained from an agency or in-house environment. Passion for and demonstrable experience in direct sourcing. Highly accurate with a keen attention to detail Highly skilled on all MS Office applications. Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work.
