Profile As a Recruitment Manager at PageGroup you will need experience of managing a high-performing team of 360 recruitment consultants including training, coaching, developing, appraising and reviewing team members to achieve performance expectations. Main Purpose Reporting directly to the Head of B2C Marketing, the Recruitment Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving maximum fulfilment (shifts worked), across all UK regions & industries, and will manage a team of at least two Senior Recruitment Marketing Executives. The Recruitment Marketing Manager will utilise multiple marketing channels to attract job seekers, drive job applications & measure ROI. They will work in close collaboration with the recruitment, broader B2C marketing, revenue and central marketing teams to deliver campaigns that acquire new job seekers, and re-engage existing workers. Regional Ownership: Oversee all regions and industries. There will be some required travel to our regional offices. Responsibilities & Duties Plan and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive job seeker applications where needed across the UK regions and industries. Manage multiple recruitment requirements from across the business, by implementing clear processes, SLA's and strong communication strategies. Monitor demand fluctuations daily to take necessary actions. Work closely with the regional managers to understand client feedback and immediate candidate acquisition needs. Inform the recruitment and onboarding teams on capacity requirements, to ensure we have the correct volume of in-person and virtual interviews planned to process job seeker applications. Manage the recruitment marketing budget, reporting on monthly spending and CAC. Identify new marketing acquisition strategies to improve ROI and implement a test & learn mindset across the recruitment marketing team. Own and report key campaign metrics to internal stakeholders and the Head of B2C Marketing. Manage the recruitment marketing teams' CRM requirements and work in close collaboration with the CRM Executive to launch re-engagement communications to drive job applications. Manage and develop a team of two Senior Recruitment Marketing Executives. Provide direction on prioritisation, goal setting, campaign reporting and career development. Manage job board advertising campaigns with the recruitment marketing team, including refreshing adverts. Implement seasonal incentive & loyalty programmes when needed, working closely with the strategy team to report ROI. Leverage organic social media communities, regional job fairs and referral programmes to drive job seeker applications. Work closely with the central digital marketing teams to launch paid digital acquisition campaigns when needed. Work in collaboration with the B2C Marketing Manager to understand the annual marketing plan and how this aligns with the recruitment marketing teams' current activity. Frequent travel to regional offices (at least quarterly) to interact with regional teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar related field. Extensive experience in working with multiple clients on cross-region volume recruitment marketing campaigns Substantial experience in understanding clients' recruitment demands and translating them into actionable marketing plans. At least three years of marketing experience, specialising in acquisition and retention. Marketing management experience (at least one year), guiding teams to deliver impactful results. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, email, app, affiliate, social media, referral) and other offline marketing channels including trade shows and events. Experience in the staffing industry, specifically high-volume job seeker acquisition is desirable, but not essential. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent verbal and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Data-driven and analytical. Experience using G-suite would be advantageous but optional.
