We URGENTLY need an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our client.
We are looking for someone who can start immediately and has previous experience of working in a purchase ledger role.
You will be responsible for, registering & logging supplier invoices, statement reconciliations, posting supplier credit notes and general housekeeping of the purchase ledger.
As a Middletons Tours Sales Administration Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining the seamless operation of the business by preparing important information to send to customer, handling sales enquires over the telephone and email, and be active in your search for generating business, whilst also managing existing accounts to maximise profitability.
You will need to be responsible for your own desk, work effectively independent and also display teamwork skills by working with other members of our team.
Your main focus will be the customer and working on solutions that best suit the customer's needs as well ensuring our high customer service level is continuously maintained.
