About the Role: As a School Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth running of our client's school. Your excellent administrative skills and attention to detail will be essential in ensuring the effective day-to-day operations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a dedicated team and contribute to the success of the school. ?? Contract Information: Temporary contract. Full-time working pattern - Monday - Thursday 8am-4pm / Friday 8am-3:30pm. Term time only. Hourly rate - £12.00 - £12.50ph paid on a weekly basis through OA. ?? Key Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate student records and files, updating student data, and handling admissions-related paperwork. Assisting with the organisation and coordination of school events and activities. Managing communication with parents, students, and staff members, ensuring a professional and friendly approach. Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely responses and forwarding messages as required. Supporting the school leadership team with general administrative tasks. Ensuring compliance with safeguarding policies and procedures, including the management of the Enhanced DBS process. ?? ? What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a similar role within an educational setting. Enhanced DBS check, as this is a requirement for the position. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
