Our client is seeking a Receptionist for an ongoing temporary assignment. Duties to include the following To be the first line of communication on the telephones, gaining correct information on the caller before passing on to relevant person. Deal with incoming morning mail, plus any parcels/deliveries that come in throughout the day. To send faxes and forward faxes received to relevant personnel. Organising all travel (flights/hotels/trains) for branch staff, as requested via email. Gaining authorisation for any travel request. Organise the delivery and collection of parcels (TNT/Deadline couriers) Scanning of remittances onto system to assist the credit control department. Maintaining/ordering stationery supplies for the office. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a busy and varied reception with good communication and system skills.
