Job Purpose
The successful candidate will manage the Gatwick Reception & Office Services Team and represent the firm in various capacities, ensuring the smooth operation of the office environment.
This role is designed to be one point of contact for allocated homeowners and relevant residents for any of their needs to provide unique and very personal customer experience and building lasting relationship.
You are in charge of your own "mini-business".
Managing own portfolio of prox 100 properties and look for opportunities and ways to grow it and get financially rewarded if you do it well.

My client is a leading well established Law firm, looking to recruit a Office Manager on a 12 month FTC, based in the Gatwick office, the Gatwick office consist of two building across the road from each other, with approximately 160 partners and staff supported by the Office Manager and two Office Services Assistants.
The typical hours covered by the team are 08:30-17:30, this is a full time office based role.
If you are Permanent HR Manager with a HR Generalist background who has held, or currently holds, a managerial role in HR, someone who has extensive experience in tricky Employment Relation cases, we are keen to hear from you!
