The post holder will assist in delivering a reception service, responding to routine student enquiries, and become a skilled user of our internal student records system.
The Progress Coach's role is to support students within the ISC, both online and face-to-face.
The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of services and processes enabling the site to consistently provide excellent student experience: This will require excellent people skills and a good level of administrative ability.
Hours per week: Saturday and Sunday - 06:00 - 18:00 - 24 hours per week
