The Adults Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub is a team of professionals from a range of organizations and agencies who work together to protect adults who may be at risk of abuse, harm or neglect.
The MASH aims to improve the responses to safeguarding concerns through stronger links and better information sharing between organizations and agencies to lead to better outcomes for adults.
You will be required to make assessments of the risk to the adult and make a decision on what to do to best protect them.
To deliver excellent drug and alcohol services to those who use our services and their significant others, including family members friends and carers, to facilitate positive outcomes.
To work collaboratively with colleagues and key stakeholder across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring adherence with all policies and Safeguarding principles.
To manage a case load and coordinate and deliver assessment and evidence-based interventions (brief and structured), recovery planning and aftercare planning.
Complaints Investigator / Handler with demonstrable experience of complaint handling within a regulatory environment, excellent communication and customer service skills and a calm and professional manner is required to join a well-established housing association based in Ealing, West London.
