My global pharmaceutical client, based in Berkshire, are looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service/Complaint Intake Analyst to join their team urgently initially on a 12-month basis.
Purpose
The Complaint Intake Analyst works to support PMQA through providing the initial triaging of complaints from all channels and serves as the first point of contact with the customer.
Taking payment via credit card, processing cash and BACS receipts.
Raising Invoices on the Finance system.

Orka Financial is working with a business in the Education sector that are based in Maidenhead to recruit a Sales Ledger Clerk who will be reporting to the Group Finance Manager.
Hybrid role - office three days a week Monday/Tuesday/Thursday Maidenhead- WFH 2 days a week.
The job holder will be required to provide a professional and efficient HR administration service and a high-quality telephone and email advice service, together with transactional support service, ensuring consistency of practice and compliance with corporate people, management policies, processes and standards.
Must have HR experience and have worked as part of a busy HR team.
