Location Hybrid Min 3 days Office Warwick Day Rate £up to £600 Umbrella Duration 6 Months Description: Accountable for tracking the status, milestones and deliverables for all the TSA Services and portfolio delivery in order to prepare the status reports for service review and governance board meetings: Responsible for organizing logistics for the meetings as per the TSA operational governance schedule; Responsible for the collation and development of service performance Governance Board, and ad-hoc reporting as requested Responsible for providing secretariat support to governance board meetings; Responsible for issuing the minutes and actions from the meetings to all relevant TSA stakeholders; Responsible for tracking updates to the TSA RAID log (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), Escalation Log and Change statistics Responsible for issuing communications related to the TSA matters to the relevant stakeholders Responsible for managing and updating, as required, the TSA operational governance processes, e.g.. Escalation Management, Change Governance, Governance Forums, etc. Responsible for documenting the decisions of Change Approval Boards (CAB), and communicating the decisions to TSA Service Owners and other relevant stakeholders; Responsible for managing the Change Management Tracker, and co-ordinating issues and risks related to the Change Requests and/or Change Management Process to the TSA Delivery Manager; Responsible for managing the Project Services Request Tracker ( including COR requests) , and escalating issues and risks related to the Project Requests and/or Project Services Process to the TSA Delivery Manager; Responsible for managing the change implementation through the Change Implementation Tracker against contract, commercial and business change actions related to the approved Change Request, with respective business functions and finance. Support coordination and allocation of WBS codes with Finance Business Support to support variable project costs under the TSA on a per project basis Support raising of sales orders each month for the fixed TSA charges as part of the TSA invoicing process; Support raising sales orders each month for passthrough TSA charges (eg People Services requests - Relocation, IT Costs associated with ESO new hire/head count increases) as part of the TSA invoicing process

Process a wide variety of FX Payments for the client base. Ensure all FX transactions are confirmed, settled, and reconciled daily. Maintain accurate records of all bank accounts and transactions. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage day-to-daybanking and reconciliation activities efficiently. Help investigate any failed payments that may happen. Ideal Candidate will have: Experience in FX products, terminology, processes, and compliance would be amazing. Perform multi-currency reconciliations on GL accounts. A proactive approach with a proven track record of managing processes anddriving changes from conception to implementation. Excellent organizational skills, a detail-oriented mindset, and proficiency in MSOffice, especially Excel.
