We are partnering with a large multi-national organisation on major merger integration programme. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Migration Analyst to join the programme team to support the integration of processes and technology. Responsibilities: Lead the process for the migration of accounting data from legacy ERPs (JDE, SAGE etc) to the clients enterprise SAP environment Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure a smooth and successful data transition. Perform the following tasks for migrating accounting data: Extract end-of-month balance data, accounting trial balances Map Profit and Loss (PNL) accounts Load extracted data into the new SAP system From July onwards, participate in the migration of unit data (schools, hospitals) through to February. Participate in the phased migration approach to the target SAP system Migrate balance sheet, fixed assets, and stock balances. Develop and execute data mapping strategies for seamless data transfer. Build and thoroughly test the data migration solution using SQL/Winshuttle (or a soon-to-be-implemented, improved tool). Document the entire data migration process for future reference and knowledge transfer. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in data migration, preferably within an SAP environment. Proven experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial data structures. Experience testing and validating migrated data for accuracy and completeness. Experience with data mapping tools (SQL, Winshuttle or equivalent) a plus. Please note if successful you will need to set up via an Umbrella Company/PAYE. Our client is looking for someone who will partner with Legal and Compliance business teams and cross functional Tech teams to deliver continuous improvements for Tech products within the respective domain to support the business requirements. The Legal eDiscovery Systems Product Analyst will be accountable for business and technical analysis for products changes, alignment with the business on product roadmap, and technical deliverables, project implementations and ensuring sound architectural setup of products with great attention to detail. Key responsibilities Technical Configuration/Customization: Work with third party solutions providers, developers and internal Tech partners to conduct technical configuration/customization of solutions that meet our customers' needs and provide a great user experience. Governance & Product Assessment: Take part in technical governance and oversight of product development across a product domain. Support Product team in the assessment of technology solutions and collaborating with vendors to influence future extensions of their product. Product Domain: Understand the product domain from a technology perspective but also understand how the technology adds value to the related business processes & areas and manage & assess incoming demand as part of a product backlog. Experience and Qualifications: Experience with technical solutions supporting Legal eDiscovery or global Legal operations & related systems configuration. Experience with an eDiscovery tool such as Axcelerate, Clearwell, Relativity, Exterro; etc. Experience with IT project management, system consulting & business analysis. Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Data Platform including Power Apps and Power BI. Knowledge of SQL queries, reporting, changes and Oracle/SQL Server database administration. Experience with a proven track record in successful technical development, solution design, program and product delivery and service management in a large global organization. Experience of working, effectively, with third-party vendors and diverse teams (countries and cultures). Proficient in SQL (Oracle/MSSQL) and at least one Microsoft development tool(e.g. Visual Studio). Experience using O365 and Windows Office administration tools is a big plus.
