About the Role: As a Savings Customer Services Specialist, you will support existing and prospective savers through various channels such as online secure messages, telephone, email, post, and webchat. The savings customer services team handles all aspects of customer servicing. This includes account opening, processing payments, issuing statements, and managing the maturity process. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service via various channels (phone, email, chat). Stay updated on savings products and services. Escalate issues and share customer feedback for service improvement. Document all interactions in the saver's system. Contribute to achieving the team's customer satisfaction targets (NPS, surveys, reviews). Adhere to savings team procedures. Collect necessary information for Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering checks. Report complaints, breakage requests, and regulatory tasks. Complete personal training plan as scheduled. Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer queries promptly. Share best practices and improvement ideas. Support in meeting monthly and annual funding requirements set by ALCO. Take ownership of customer interactions, including converting enquiries to accounts and retaining existing savers. Propose initiatives to enhance customer service, efficiency, and satisfaction, aiming to reduce acquisition costs and deposit prices relative to the market.
