Help to deliver tasks that support our global security work In this role, you'll join a small, supportive team and focus on advising colleagues on a range of people management issues including conduct, attendance, grievance, performance, health and welfare, and assist with a range of other HR related projects. Delivering tasks and activities to support HR and the wider performance team, helping with organisational change and policy and process improvements. You will also undertake tasks and activities that support the delivery of our diversity and inclusion action plan. Your other responsibilities will be many and varied, and include ensuring the workload is effectively prioritised and managed, and all relevant policies and processes are followed and policy timelines are met. You'll maintain records and data in relevant databases, ensure data integrity and accurate reporting, and ensure proposals and recommendations are compliant with current legislation and government policies and processes. Use your communication skills to deliver results that make a real difference With previous Casework experience, preferably in an operational context managing a caseload with practical application of case management, you will have good knowledge of employment legislation, and an understanding of the principles of data protection. A sympathetic communicator, you'll also possess good administrative and secretarial skills, experience of discipline and grievance, attendance. A Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent experience would be desirable, as wouldknowledge of civil service HR policies and controls. The client as well-recognised in the industry and work across a diverse range of projects inclusive of Retail, Food Shops, Office, Hotels, Healthcare and Residential to name a few. The ideal candidate will have several years UK based experience as a minimum and be familiar with working on large Food Shop projects. Revit knowledge would be highly preferable for the role and a can-do attitude with excellent design flare. The role will be based 5 days in the Milton Keynes office. There will be options for 1 day a week from home flexibility after 6-12 months. Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Pat 2 Architectural Assistant: RIBA Part 2 qualified. Post Part 2 experience preferred or several years UK based experience. Living in Milton Keynes or within a commutable distance.
