The role of a Recruitment Consultant within Beautiful Recruitment is heavily telephone, social media and database driven. It will consist of a hybrid of researching into personal care, jewellery, spa, fashion, cosmetics and beauty companies and resourcing candidates for specific roles. This will include mapping UK companies and sites within the industry, identifying C suite and D suite level decision makers, contacting them to generate vacancies from new clients as well as existing accounts and booking in interviews with hiring managers/decision makers and identifying suitable candidates to generate fees and make placements! Typically, you will be carrying out these types of duties every day: Source vacancies using the internet/social media and telephone. Approach existing client contacts as well as new decision makers and prospective customers directly to secure their recruiting requirements over the telephone. Place adverts on the Company website and other job portals to attract applicants. Headhunt, network and source candidates through LinkedIn and the company database Network with existing accounts/ industry contacts to source new vacancies and secure telephone appointments to take their specific job requirements to include fragrance, hair care, colour cosmetics, skin, bath/ body care, jewellery, and fashion opportunities. Find vacancy leads to convert into money making opportunities through social media/competitor awareness and networking activities. Arrange interviews with clients and candidates via Teams, Zoom and face to face meetings to make fees/placements happen. Updating & maintaining the database with client & candidate details Whilst the role is telephone/office based in Hornbeam Park, Harrogate there may be the opportunity to attend industry/trade conferences in the UK and overseas to secure new business and meet your clients. You will be liaising with a whole range of professional people across a diverse range of functional disciplines found in an FMCG company, getting as much information as possible to make hires happen to C & D suite level. You will be a hunter type salesperson, a process driven recruiter with excellent communication skills and a confident demeanour over the telephone to make sales happen. You will be adept at using the internet and search engines and websites. You will also have a real passion for beauty/fashion/luxury brands and have a proven track record in recruitment with a minimum of 2 years' experience having worked as a Resourcer, Fulfilment/Delivery Consultant, Head-hunter, Recruitment Consultant or equivalent. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal is necessary.
