The Global HRSC Integration project aims to centralise and standardise HR support across 26 entities by centralising operations in our HR Service Centers and strategically outsourcing key processes.
The HR Transformation Analyst will play a critical role in delivering this transformation across multiple countries, including Spain, Italy, France, and the Netherlands in Wave 1, and up to 25 additional countries in subsequent waves.

This role will involve close collaboration with HR Shared Services Centers (HRSCs), Centers of Expertise (COE), external vendors, and HR business partnering teams to ensure smooth implementation, process optimization, and the adoption of new HR technologies and systems.
