We are seeking a CQC Compliance Manager to join our Operational Support team.
Managing a small team, you will ensure we remain compliant with our regulator CQC and will support our learning disability services to meet or exceed the required standards.
You will report directly to the Manager of Operational Support and will oversee all CQC activity.
Develop and implement quality tools for projects that includes but not limited to APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, DVPR, Quality and Control Plans
Driving the successful implementation and evolution of the quality tools and industry best practice throughout the project lifecycle
The successful New Product Development Quality Engineer will work within a matrix structure that supports the Design and Project Teams with New Product Development (NPD) and the Quality Team for In Market (IM) products and improvements.
Collectively, they oversee the governance of the organisation and are paid for their personal service.
The Board comprises people with strategic and governance experience who also have a wide range of specialist skills and interests in the field of work.
The initial term is three years, with an expectation that a second term of three years will follow.
