We are currently working with a global, family-run company based on the outskirts of Cambridge who are looking for a Quality Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
The Quality Assurance department serves as a governance, audit, and analysis support to the management within the New Directions Group of companies.
The departments key focus areas are legal and regulatory risk, data protection, complaints and non-conformity management, and internal audits.

We are New Directions, a group of companies that provide UK wide services (including recruitment, training, care provision and other support services) within education, social care, domiciliary care and the pharmaceutical sector, from a network of offices across the UK.
We are seeking candidates who have some demonstrable experience and career interest in Quality Assurance and Compliance.
We have successfully recruited during 2023 and as the business grows and develops, we now require an additional two Quality Assurance team members to join our wider Legal and Compliance team.
You will have worked in a financial services organisation and be keen to learn and grow as the business develops.
