A global business that has been at the forefront of the weighing and labelling industry for many years is looking for a Quality Coordinator to coordinate the activities required to meet company standards and legal requirements This is a site-based role; however, flexibility is required to travel U.K. wide, (including Ireland) for audits and training. There may be requirements to travel to Germany (or other countries) for necessary training / meetings. Therefore, a full driver's license and valid U.K. passport is essential. This role will come with opportunities to progress within the service department as well external training opportunities that will further develop you. As Quality Coordinator, your responsibilities will include: Ensuring that the business complies with all National and European regulations. Acting as trainer, auditor and skills matrix holder for the above. Performing yearly audits on all Technicians. This may require field-based travel. Taking responsibility for coordinating audits by external bodies and carrying out internal audits. Providing training to the relevant employees on Quality as needed. Administering Quality records. Managing and evaluating customer satisfaction surveys, recording and reporting findings and solutions to the Leadership Team. Maintaining health & safety policy and keeping up to date with risk assessments for engineers and customers. Ensuring Quality, Health & Safety is of the highest standard with key field service and workshop. processes, measures and communications in place. We're looking for a Quality Coordinator with: Proven knowledge and commercial awareness in regard to complying with relevant European and National regulations and National laws. Demonstrable understanding of Quality Management Systems and audits. Proven confidence and resilience to deal with challenges from external and internal stakeholders. Must be able to multi-task, be detail orientated and possess strong analytical skills. Exercises good judgement, knows when to flag issues and when to deal with independently. Strong communication skills at all levels, both verbal and written and excellent presentation skills.
