Job Role: Quality Manager Location: Stockport Salary:£45,000 - £50,000 The Company Our client is committed to creating safe working environments by designing and manufacturing top-notch safety products. Key Responsibilities Maintain and enhance the Quality Management System (QMS) to comply with ISO 9001 standards. Lead process improvements and develop quality policies, procedures, and objectives. Conduct internal audits and ensure all quality documentation is current and accessible. Develop and measure quality performance KPIs internally, with customers, and suppliers. Lead initiatives to improve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 processes and certifications. Facilitate training programs to enhance staff understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements. Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Manage the customer complaint process and liaise with customers and suppliers on quality matters. Oversee quality control activities to ensure product standards. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Skills & Qualifications Extensive knowledge and experience with manufacturing, inspection, and quality standards. Strong knowledge and experience with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a Quality Role, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proven experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement. Health and Safety management experience is highly desirable. Why Apply?
