Key Responsibilities as the Quality Assurance Officer
Ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).
Management of Change Controls, Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs).
To provide effective quality control from goods inwards inspection through to the final inspection stage by ensuring that the capture, reporting and resolution of all quality related non-conformities is undertaken in an efficient and timely manner.
Liaising with the supplier quality engineer and other stakeholders to communicate quality defects affecting production, with timely resolution.
Maintaining and updating the company Quality Assurance database (NCR) with the overall target objective of reducing both internal and external non-conformities.
