Role: Plumber Location: Bath (St. Martin's hospital) Package: From £36,000 DOE on-call allowance, 27 days holiday, company van and tools provided Opportunity: We have a new opportunity for a qualified Plumber to work with one of the UK's most valued service providers. Our client holds one of the largest portfolios in the UK, comprising more than 3000 properties, ranging from listed buildings through to state-of-the-art integrated health campuses. Working on the delivery frontline, you will have a real opportunity to experience what it's like to work for an employer who truly supports you and who makes a positive impact on the community. What will your role look like?Day to day, you'll work on different health-care sites carrying out general maintenance to all plumbing/mechanical equipment, including minor repairs, installations and fault-finding. Reporting into the Technical Services Supervisor, you'll deliver scheduled, reactive and remedial works to maintain standards across the board. You'll definitely have some variety in your day too; whilst you'll be based out of St. Martin's hospital, you'll have the company van to visit other main hospitals on your patch (within the parameters of Bath and Bristol). We'd like to speak with you if you hold one of the following; -NVQ Level 3 Plumbing/Mechanical - BTEC City & Guilds, plus relevant experience - Formal apprenticeship or craft trained equivalent You should also come from a commercial background and be clued up on plant rooms and TMV's.
