Working pattern: Where possible, we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working, but this will depend on project requirements and the need for access to specific site facilities.
Some projects may require full time attendance on site whereas others may need 2-3 days per week.

Working pattern
This scheme is based in Stevenage, through utilising dynamic working, the scheme will require two days on site per a week, with the opportunity for occasional international travel to our other MBDA sites.
To introduce you to the business and the role you'll play we aim for 3-4 days on site to begin with, and as you gain confidence and experience we will seek to accommodate a blended approach to on-site and remote working.
If preferential, full time on site working is also an option.
