Our client based in Hampshire are currently looking for a Tendering & Proposals Manager to join the business and oversee the development and submission of bids and proposals for new projects.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead and manage the tendering and proposals team.
Collaborate closely with the Finance function to forecast potential revenue generation and required expenditure for each bid.
We are recruiting a Bid manager to join a national contractor based from their regional hub in Cambridge to work on a number of specific schemes with future opportunities in the wider Northern Home Counties patch.
They target both framework opportunities and are secured on several including DFE, SCF, MOD and local authority frameworks and also work with repeat business clients and negotiate directly on bids in the commercial education, health, care, and leisure marketplaces but do not do single stage high risk developments and target projects valued between £30 and £120 million
They have exceeded all their targets and budgets for 2024/5 and have secured pipelines of work for 2025/26 and due to the volume of opportunities are looking to increase their preconstruction team and focus on specific bids.
