Role summary - As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for delivering professional block and leasehold management services within a designated area.
Collaborating closely with other property managers, you'll ensure high standards of property management services for homeowners and leaseholders.
This role will involve overseeing service charges, Section 20 consultations, ensuring the safety and maintenance of estates, and dealing with anti-social behaviour where necessary.

As the successful candidate you will ensure that the Right to Buy provisions of the various Housing Acts are properly and effectively implemented; to prepare service charge accounts in accordance with relevant legislation; to develop a customer orientated service providing advice and information to residents wishing to purchase, or having purchased their homes.
You will carry out formal S.20 consultation with leaseholders in respect of services and major works programmes in accordance with legislation, issuing notices and supporting information as required.
