Resident Service Assistant - Ilford - £30,000 to £32,500 plus 10% discretionary bonus
You will be the first point of contact from enquiry stage, viewing the property through to resident move in, ensuring a high level of customer service is provided to residents at all times.
The successful applicant will help be responsible for a portfolio of properties; therefore, they must be able to manage their own workload, be able to work closely with others and keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.

WHAT'S NOT TO LIKE - You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,500 per month which is not repayable and e xisting Agents are currently earning a minimum of £80,000.
On target earnings in year 1 could reach £106 ,000 with long term unlimited earning potential.
You will receive a tiered personal commission ranging from 40% to 60% depending on performance versus target.
