Our client has a vacancy for an experienced Conveyancer to join their small, friendly residential conveyancing team.
You will be handling transactions from start to finish with a variety of funding arrangements such as gifts, help to buy schemes, staircasing, mortgages etc and conducting a broad range of residential conveyancing essential including freehold sales and purchases, leasehold sales and purchases, new build/development work, transfers of equity and re-mortgages.
You will report to the Head of Conveyancing and have support from assistants within the department.
The Residential Property team give legal advice on non-contentious, residential property matters including Sales and Purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equities, lease creation or extensions and applications, drafting and registration work.
