Draft and create real estate contracts while ensuring accuracy of the intentions and agreements of all parties involved including lease agreements, purchase agreements, and real estate and management contracts (construction, renovation, leasing, sales, purchase, offers, etc).
We are seeking a temporary administrator to join our client to cover holiday.
This role is from 13th May for 2 weeks and ideally working Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
You will be answering the phone, dealing with customer queries, replying to emails, and producing brochures using adobe indesign and photoshop and editing pdfs.

Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to handle various administrative tasks will contribute to the overall success of our property management team.
Responsible for the provision of effective and efficient administration, within a team providing housing management services to approximately 8000 properties.
