The main purpose of the team is to pay rent, service charge and insurance along with ad hoc utilities invoices to the Landlords, currently on a monthly basis.

Monitor dedicated mailbox - printing invoices and tax receipts;.

Check tenant re-charges are raised as per accurate breakdown and invoices are issued & sent along with relevant documentation.
Ensure that all transfer requests are reviewed and processed in accordance with current process & procedure documentation and that all account balances are checked against the bank balances before payment run.

An exciting property business, based in the Birmingham City Centre, are looking for a Assistant Client Accountant on a temporary basis.
However, even if this role only lasts for 3 months this is an incredibly exciting opportunity, as we are only asking for applicants with general accounts experience (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, etc.)
This role here is expected to last a minimum of 3 months with the potential to extend and even go permanent.
