What You Will Do: Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks and Xero for client bookkeeping, including invoice entry, bank transactions, and bank reconciliations. Prepare VAT returns for clients using accounting software. Assist with setting up new clients on QuickBooks and Xero, training staff, and addressing queries. What You Need: At least 2 years' experience in general practice. Clear and concise communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Proficiency in various digital accounting systems. Personal Requirements: Self-driven, highly motivated, and committed to both practical and academic excellence. Strong attention to detail, analytical, methodical, and numerical skills. Effective time and task management abilities. Professional handling of confidential information. Computer literacy. Outgoing, socially confident, emotionally controlled, with a positive and friendly demeanor. Terms & Benefits: Full-time position, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (part-time considered, minimum 20 hours). 23 days annual leave plus bank holidays, increasing with service.
