Sales and Lettings Negotiator required to join our long established extremely busy Commercial Estate agency The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating property sales and rentals, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. Our client has a very substantial client database over and offers markets commercial properties for sale or to let. Duties: - Negotiate prices and terms of sales and rentals Liaise with property owners, buyers, tenants, and solicitors Manage property listings and advertisements Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales or rental process - Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values - General admin such as typing letters, filing, updating websites Qualifications: Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues - Would ideally have experience in working in an estate agents (preferred but not essential) Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple listings and client relationships Administrative skills to handle contracts, letters, agreements, and documentation efficiently Job Type: Full-time Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year Company pension Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm One hour lunch break Holidays 20 days per annum plus bank holidays

What the role of Senior Negotiator involves: Looking after a manageable portfolio and selling targeted number of properties which our current sales negotiators are achieving comfortably Arranging viewing from the office and capturing feedbacks (NO SITE VISITS) Present and accept offers Up sell some of our services and get paid generously for these.
