This established and forward thinking independent Letting Agents are now looking for a Property Manager who will assist in looking after their property portfolio.
We are either looking for an Inventory Clerk Manager or a Senior Property Manager who has carried out Property Inspections, Inventories and Check Outs and we will only consider applications from people wanting to work 5 full days per week, working between 8.30am - 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
You will have full responsibility for a team of Inventory Clerks plus Administrators across the Essex region.
The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend part of each working week carrying out audits, and further training and development of your team of Inventory Clerks and ensuring they feel supported.
The successful Estate Manager will work closely with the Managing Director building relationships both externally and internally, ensuring professional and agreed service levels are achieved, maximising supportive tenancy agreements alongside continued development of the business, identifying areas of growth, with a desire to progress within their personal development and career.

The successful candidate who fulfills this varied role will spend much of each working day visiting properties to undertake various tasks which include the production of condition inspections to ensure they remain in good condition, produce reports to evidence and dispatch to the relevant landlord.
We will consider applications from people wanting to work either 5, or 4 full days a week, working between 8.30am - 5.30pm.
Naturally, for those working 4 days a week the salary, bonuses and holiday entitlement would be adjusted accordingly on a pro-rata basis.
