For this role predominantly based in Birmingham, you will be responsible for managing a 15 strong team of carpenters, decorators and building fabric Estates staff that carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across two main hospital sites in Birmingham and Selly Oak.
37.5 hour working week. Temp to Perm
You will also be responsible for Lifecycle, small works and restoration works across the estate which in some places, is Grade II listed and includes pitched roofs, spires and Welsh slate.
