IT Project Manager Job Type: Full-time Location: West Yorkshire Salary: £35,000 - £50,000PA We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee key customer projects, ensuring successful coordination and completion within scope. The role involves working closely with customers and internal teams to define project requirements, document processes, and manage project delivery effectively. Day-to-day of the role: Meet with customers and internal teams to agree on detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements for each project, ensuring clear and documented requirements for every engagement. Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project delivery process. Coordinate with customers and internal development managers to plan the programme of works and associated logistics. Identify and manage any scope changes or project impediments, ensuring clear communication with the development and digital teams. Participate in Agile Project Development practices and contribute to post-project retrospectives and reviews to encourage process improvement. Escalate issues within the business as required, whether internal or with the customer. Identify and manage risks to project completion and success criteria, ensuring appropriate contingency plans and risk mitigation activities are in place. Use this data to accurately forecast Licence and Services revenue growth. Promote collaboration across the sector by connecting members of the Clients Community. Provide feedback internally on market state, trends and competitor activity to shape the Clients offering. Manage your time effectively and prioritise to ensure tasks and projects are completed to a high quality and on time. Be diligent, keep accurate records such as bookings, contact reports, customer reviews, project plans and documentation.
